Ordering Info:
- To pay via credit card (M/C, VISA) or send a check/money order, please print out our Order Form and mail it (address below) to us.
- You can also call in your credit card order to us at 804-338-4524.
- You can also email your order to us.
- Just email your order, your full name, address, phone, CC#, and expiration and three digits from the back; you can completely trust us.
- MAIL TO: 1717 Cloister Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23238
- After you have made a selection, you can call and we will "hold" your order, up to ten days, until we receive your check or money order.
- International orders are accepted. Please EMAIL for the details on shipping and ordering.
Shipping Info for Internet Retail Orders:
- All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise stated. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, unless you specifically request P.O. mailing.
- International orders will go USPS Global Express.
- We can send you a tracking number via email.
- Shipping rates in the U.S.:
- $0.00-50.00= $6.00
- $50.00-110.00=$7.00
- $110.00-200.00=$9.00
- $200.00 up=no shipping cost
Returns:
Since our items are imported, we will accept Returns only on damaged goods or if the return is authorized prior to shipping and/or are received within 10 days after original shipping. If your item was a gift, please call regarding replacement or a gift certificate.
